Ellaa Hotels is featuring a "Jugalbandi" of Hyderabadi & Lucknowi cuisines at Kebab Pavilion, from 21st to 25th November, for dinner.
The Jugalbandi is a royal interpretation of Hyderabadi delicacies paired with royal Awadhi cuisine, both of which have their origins in the Mughlai kitchen. Chef Tunde of Lucknow & Chef Mohammed of Hyderabad will whip up fine delicacies from Galauti to Patthar Ka Gosht.
