This event is from 11am to 1pm, for all French speaking people.
French is not spoken only in France; neither is it spoken the same way in all countries. It is through travel that French gained new accents, different cultures and local colors. At this event, French speaking people are welcomed to celebrate their mother tongue in its diversity.
The following events are planned:
Creative Writing In French: 4pm (for French learners)
This contest is open to all those who are learning French (school children, college and University students, Alliance Francaise's learners). There are three categories. Participants of each category will be given a topic to produce text of about 200 words.
A free French course at Alliance Fran?aise will be offered to the winner in each category.
Everybody On Stage: 6:30 p.m (open to general public)
Nationals from different French-speaking countries will present their own country and culture (Congo, Belgium, Tunisia etc.). This is a "live" way of knowing some of the 42 French speaking countries, and interacting with French speaking people in Hyderabad.
Theatre en francaise (French skits): 6:45 pm (open to general public)
This is a series of French speaking skits presented by Alliance Francaise's students.
