5 days evening intensive back bending workshop, by KPJAYI authorized teacher Mark Flint. Get to discover how to open slowly and deepen through specific exercises, Asana and Breath leading to more effective back bending.
The program will be centered around opening & allowing further development into back bend. Awareness of the spine, hips, core, chest and breath will be central to this program. Yoga straps & Backbender will also be used to aid progress. If you are flexible and strong enough you could be doing the back drop by the end of the program.
Each class will be 1 hour 10 minutes duration , All levels welcome.
