Hoteltech & Baketech Show

Hoteltech & Baketech Show is a B-2-B event being organised by Samanuaya Communications, in association with some industry associations. The event is on from 13th to 15th November, at Gymkhana Grounds, between 11am and 7pm daily.



The 3-day trade show aims to increase efficiency among hotels and restaurants. The event will showcase hotel, restaurant equipment & services industries. The trade show is also laced with seminars on hospitality management, the latest innovations in the field of hotel management, and energy efficiency.



The visitors invited for the show include directors of restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and entertainment complexes; heads of confectioneries, bakeries, and meat and fish processing factories; representatives of tourist agencies, sanatoriums, health centres, cleaning companies and laundries; specialists of interior design; representatives from ministries and embassies; and members of the media.



Exhibits include equipment for kitchens, dining rooms, bars and cafes; dishes and utensils; interior furnishing for hotels, restaurants and clubs; textile and uniforms; sound, light and project equipment; equipment for billiards and casinos; equipment for bathrooms and fitness; automated control, cash and payment systems; personnel recruitment; and professional cleaning systems.
