Hyderabadis can look forward to heritage walks once again. The Department of Tourism is reviving the heritage walks in the old city area from Sunday, starting at Charminar. The walk will begin at 8am.
Tourists and heritage lovers can avail of these walks every Sunday and second Saturday. The one and half hour walk will begin from Charminar and end at Chowmahalla Palace. The Tourism Minister, J Geeta Reddy, will be the chief guest for the launch function of the heritage walk that will be held in the inner courtyard of Charminar at 8am on October 25th.
The participation fee is Rs. 50, which includes the cost of breakfast, which will be served at the Chowmahalla Palace. Please contact 2326-2151 for further details.
