"Hatt Teri kismet" ("Ohh! Bad Luck") is a political satire originally written in Marathi by renowned playwright Vijay Tendulkar. It is a political satire and a story of power. It deals with the question - what if you have power in hand?
This story has two characters - a corrupt chief minister and a common man. The two meet incidentally, and start talking about themselves. The story takes a U-turn when the chief minister finds a mob of angry people approaching him to kill him. Frightened, he decides to swap clothes with the common man to save himself from the mob. Unfortunately, while their clothes are being swapped, their faces also get exchanged.
The play stars Saurabh Gharipurikar and Ashutosh Patwardhan as the lead actors. The crowd members are played by Pushkarini, Vinayak, Sunjeet, Sneha, Tejas and Pranav.
Vasant Dev translated the Marathi play into Hindi, and the play was then adapted by Saurabh Gharipurikr, who directed this version.
The music is by Tejas Mahajan, and the lights by Krishna Shukla.
