The listeners laughed and clapped at the troubles of Gregor Samsa who woke up one fine morning to discover he had, somehow, metamorphosed into a bug. Gregor Samsa, the salesman must now face the reality of his new form and his family of parents and sister must now deal with it. Is it a tragedy or a comedy when his manager is scared away by the creature that was/is Gregor? Is it really funny that he now has a taste for spoiled food?
