Department of Mass Communication, St. Francis College for Women announces the third edition of First Cut - A One day Film Festival.
The purpose of this event is to motivate young amateur film makers to exhibit their talents, strengthen their critical thinking abilities, give their ideas a voice, engage in the educational process and learn to interact in a work environment with other professionals and the community.
