It is an innovative method in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. Through musical involvement in the therapeutic context, clients' abilities are strengthened and transferred to other areas of their lives. Yoga blended with live music works effectively in many areas such as: overall physical rehabilitation and facilitating movement, increasing people's motivation to become engaged in their current livelihood providing emotional support.

About Mansi:
Mansi Gulati an International Certified Yoga Trainer was born on May 9th, 1987 inIndia. Her early education was in Delhi and also holds a BA degree from the Delhi University. A serious interest in yoga developed upon completion of graduation studies. Started editation at the age of 9, and did her training from world best schools. She devoted her efforts to learn everything possible about yoga practices and philosophy from as many learning sources she could find. She has over 6 years of experience in yoga. She has many international and national certifications to her credit. She has written several articles and will soon be publishing a book of her on yoga and its intricacies. The basis of her teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types through series of Asanas.
