There is a lot of debate about milk. Some people swear by milk and for some, it is one of the 5 white poisons. There are health arguments and there are ethical arguments. The ecological and historical basis for these different points of view, and how plentiful cheap resources in the last 100 years have fogged the argument will be explained and discussed.
