REVIEW FOR DJ SUKETU @ LIQUIDS
This Thursday, the 15th of April, one of country's favourite deejays - Suketu - will be at Liquids spinning Bollywood tracks and commercial tunes all night long.
DJ Suketu has been playing music for 12 years now. He trained in 1999, under 2-time World DMC Champion and 3-time UK DMC Champion DJ Cut Master Swift at the DMC headquarters and finished the advance level of turntablism. Turntablism is the art of manipulating sounds and creating music using phonograph turntables or digital turntables and a DJ mixer.
Later, in 2002, he trained under DJ Trixta in London, to play on 6 turntables at once, and took another advance course in DJ mixing under DJ Tanz at the DJ Kingdom training school.
He has many awards in his kitty, including the MTV Immies Award in 2004 for Best Remix for Bin Tere Sanam and the MTV Immies Award in 2005 for Best Remix for Kya Khoob Lagti Ho.
