DJ Aqeel will rock Poison Friday night, with some of his favourite Bollywood hit remix tracks.

Aqeel started remixing at the young age of 10, and is a diehard fan of Kishore Kumar, remixing and creating his music with a distinctive Aqeel seal. He infuses life into his versions of time-tested numbers. The quantum of sales that some of his albums have notched up, speak volumes for his talent. His debut album was Daddy Mix, followed by Ek Haseena Thi and Kehdoon Tumhe, which has been interspersed with some English oldie hits.

Aqeel has remixed with world-famous Indian musicians, including Shaan, Adnan Sami, Daler Mahendi, Sukhbir, Shivamani and Bombay Dreams, to create albums and music concoctions to dazzle the minds of musical lovers across the world. He has toured across the American, European, Asian & Australian continents, bringing out his talent in a new dimension of spectacular sound, rhythm and tune. He likes and mixes a wide range of music, including hip-hop, R&B, disco, house & tribal, techno and Arabic.
