This workshop will teach you how to make fondant. It is being held from 10am to 5pm on 18 and 19 Jan 2014.
The course will also have a certification, and will comprise: introduction to fondant and the tools required, demonstration on how to make fondant, colouring and shading techniques, swags and drapes, ruffles, bows and loops, fondant flowers, brushed embroidery, sugar pearls, covering a cake with fondant, and finally, working on a project cake.
All material will be provided, and you will also be provided lunch.
You can avail yourself of an early bird discount if you pay the fee by 13 January. Seats for the workshop are limited, and will be confirmed only on receipt of payment of the entire fees.
