Learn to decorate cakes with buttercream icing. This will be the foundation for your Royal Icing and Fondant class. The course comprises:
- Demonstration on making buttercream icing
- Colouring techniques and effects - stars, shells, dot, ball, swirls, rosettes, borders, flowers, clusters, bows and more
All required material, a student kit and lunch will be provided in class.
