Taj Krishna is celebrating Amar Bangla Fest, with Chef Biswas arriving in town from Kolkata's Taj Bengal. The chef is specially preparing a cart of seafood to suit your taste.
Food is available in 3 varieties of thalis, which include, in non-veg, Sonar Bhoj priced at Rs. 945, and Raj Bhoj priced at Rs. 745, and, in veg, Niramich Bhoj priced at Rs. 645.
You can also enjoy food a la carte, with a pick from Mach Bhaja, which is Bengali battered fish priced at Rs. 295, and Mochar Chop or cutlets made from fried banana florets, priced at Rs. 275.
The main course includes, among others, Pingri Malai Curry costing Rs. 595, and Shorse Ilish, priced at Rs. 475. Desserts include Misti Doi, Rasagulla, and Raj Bhog or flavored custard. A special Bengali drink, Aam Tora Shorbet, is available at Rs. 145.
The interiors at Firdaus are being done up to give a festive look. You can also enjoy some live Bengali music from Amar Kumar.
