2nd Youth Festival For Foreign Students Of OU

The Department Of Students' Affair, OU, along with the University Foreign Relations Office (UFRO), is organizing a Youth Festival for all foreign students studying at OU and its affiliated colleges. The festival will be held on 12th and 13th January, at the Tagore Auditorium. The inaugural function is at 10am on 12th January.

Essay writing, elocution, theatre arts events (one act plays, skits, mimicry), clay modeling, poster making, western music, and group dances, are some of the competitions at the fest. All foreign students studying in OU - including diplomas, graduates, post-graduates; and students of MBA, MCA, M Ed, Law, Engineering, M Phil and Ph D - can take part. All participants will get a certificate of participation.

Participants must bring their own material for the competitions, and must carry their college identity cards, permission letters, and an enclosed proforma. Details of the event and the  proforma can be downloaded from www.osmania.ac.in. Entries for participation must be sent in at the earliest.
