The Chitramayee State Gallery of Fine Arts has on display, from the 2nd October to the 13th October, a cyclorama of art representing the passage of the 24 hours in a day. In paintings, there are abstract, figurative and many more styles while graphics such as etching, and sculptures are also on display. The exhibits are mostly large in size: around 3 x 7 ft.
The motley group of 24 artists has assembled from all across the country: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai etc and have come from institutes such as J. J. School, Hyderabad Central University and Chitra Kala Parishad. To name a few, Manish Sutar, Prafull Madhukar, Krish Kulkarni, Sudeep Ghosh, Preeti Samyukta, Shivram Chari, Krishna Chaitanya, Hari Narayan and M. Ravikant.
Prices for these art pieces fall into a wide span: Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 70, 000.
