To inculcate good and better health among people, Saptaparni tries to induce this at the primary level - among the children. To make their summer vacations more fruitful, a yoga workshop is being organised from 30th April to 11th May.

Apart from this, the youngsters are treated to stories from the Panchatantra. Simple and easy-to-do aasanas are taught to the children, along with the advantages of doing these aasanas.
The fee for the workshop is Rs. 1,200 per participant, and children above the age of 6 can participate. The workshop will be held from 10:30am to 11:30am. For further details, please contact 6666-7707 or 6682-1789.
