An all-American gal lands up as the neighbour of two serious graduates waiting
to board the train leading them to recognition and fame. And the way they want
to make it big is by writing about radical politics in their basement newspaper.
The girl is an aspiring Olympic medallist, and quite inevitably, the guys fall
in love with her and spend the rest of their time trying to get her attention.
The play is a situational comedy with a sharp-witted dialogue. Though the plot
may not be all that original in the Indian context - after all we are the originators
as well as sustainers of the triangle theory - the performers claim that the script
is going to be original and unchanged. So go ahead and be a part of a play, which
is said to reflect the conflicting ideas and opinions of the America in the 60's
The girl in question is Sophie played by Supraneethi Varanya, Arvind Mittal and
Suyodhan will play the role of the two guys. The three characters come together
to portray the 1960's hit play, written by Neil Simon.
