REVIEW FOR THE SAGAR CHALLENGE RIDE BY THE GREAT HYDERABAD BICYCLING CLUB
The Great Hyderabad Bicycling Club is organising a "Sagar Challenge Ride" to the Nagarjunasagar on 21st & 22nd August. Attending members will meet up at the starting point at Prasads IMAX, and the ride starts at 5am. The distance will be 150 kms (one-way). The ride requires an over-night stay at Nagarjunasagar.
Along with a bicycle in good running condition and with perfect brakes, attendees will also require to carry a helmet, drinking water (not less than 2 litres), ORS, some snacks, sun glasses, sun screen, spare clothes and spare tube/puncture kit.
The Great Hyderabad Bicycling Club was formed by a group of cycling enthusiasts in August 2007, with an intention to meet people, network and have fun. The club organises rides each Wednesday and Saturday morning, and plans occasional multi-day trips throughout the year in different parts of India. Some members are training to participate in special tours and race events.
