The inhouse chef Sudhir will supervise and coordinate with his team of chefs to make this festival a grand success. The cuisine is offered through a buffet containing Indian, Hyderabadi and Western specialities along with the Thai food.
Thai food is internationally famous. The Cuisine is known for its balance of five fundamental flavors in each dish or the overall meal - hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty and bitter (optional). And for its enthusiastic use of fresh (rather than dried) herbs and spices as well as fish sauce, too. Whether chilli-hot or comparatively bland, harmony is the guiding principle behind each dish. Thai cuisine is essentially a marriage of centuries-old Eastern and Western influences harmoniously combined into something uniquely Thai.
A proper Thai meal should consist of a soup, a curry dish with condiments, and a dip with accompanying fish and vegetables. A spiced salad may replace the curry dish. The soup can also be spicy, but non-spicy items should replace the curry.
