Utsav is hosting a Tawa food festival from the 19th of October to the 5th of November. The menu consists of dishes cooked on, surprise, a tawa. Some of the delicacies are Paneer Takakak, Botiyandi Kebab and Tawa Sabji Muttiya for starters; Tawa Paneer Pakwan, Tawa Corn Matar, Tarkari Kali Mirchi, Palak Cheese Parathas, Imli Mirch Paratha and Sofiyana Pulao Tawase for the main course, and Tawa Mithai for dessert.
