Mainland China, the Chinese speciality restaurant, is playing the perfect host in Hyderabad by inviting guests to a Steam & Roast Festival, from 26th August to 26th September. The festival is on for lunch from 12pm to 3:30pm and for dinner, from 7:30pm to 11:45pm.
Chef Anthony will be dishing out some authentic dishes on the barbecue. The a-la-carte menu will comprise of a Roast Lamb and Cucumber soup and the starters include Roast Aubergine Schezwan Chilli, Stir Fried Zucchini and Baby Corn Mushroom Ginger Chilli.
The main course is a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items - Roast Chicken (on bone with herbal salt), Sand Roasted Fish With Mountain Chilli, Steam Herb Chilli Eggplant, Asparagus Mushroom, Broccoli Ginger Wine Sauce, Steam Chicken With Sichuan Pepper, Stir Fried Prawn With Pakchoy, and others.
The menu also has Stewed (flat) noodles with Chicken or sea-food. And finally, Pan Grilled Apple With Honey And Nutty Pancakes make up the dessert.
