The World United is organising its 2nd National Conference on Spiritual Science, on 13th & 14th Dec '08. The conference will be held at JNTU Auditorium, Masab Tank, and the timings are 9am to 7pm.
On the 2nd day of the conference, i.e., 14th Dec, Avinash Sharma will conduct a seminar on Breath Work, Longevity and Tai Chi. This will be the 4th session of the day and the 10th session of the conference.
Avinash Sharma underwent training in Tai Chi (48 forms) in 1987 at Dong Dan Stadium, Beijing. he found rejuvenating energies by streamlining breath work with supple body movement. His book OYO - a concept from Indian and Chinese therapies has become a reference book for physical traiining centres across the country.
This session aims to benefit participants through the following:
- Improvement of immune system
- Inmate understanding of one's physical and energy bodies
- Improvement of physical and mental skills in the specialized fields of the performer
- Experience of vitality (Chi) flowing inside the body
