E-Cell MJCET, a student body of Muffakam Jah College Of Engineering And Technology dedicated to entrepreneurship, is celebrating the spirit of entrepreneurship with their annual festival "Festivity 2010" on 9th & 10th April, at the college's campus. This event is all about trading skills. A specific amount of money will be distributed amongst the participants, and utilizing the amount, the participants will trade amongst each other.
A proposition is given to the participants, and the teams must defend it or destroy it. There is a 10-minute debate wherein the first 5 minutes are meant for arguing from one perspective, and the next 5 minutes for arguing from the other perspective. Participants are given only 2 minutes initially to ponder over the topic.
Market Your Idea
Participants are expected to demonstrate their marketing skills over 2 stages: Primary and Higher. At the Primary level, a preliminary round will be held, in which eliminations would take place to decide on the participants for the Higher level, i.e., the final round.
One Minute Pitch
Participants must make a one-minute speech on a given topic.
An idea is considered to be the basic element of thought that can be visual, concrete or abstract. Idea generation, also known as 'Ideation', is a process of creating, generating and developing new ideas.
R&D Solution Presentation
Brainstorm and put on your thinking caps for the “solution presentations”, in which solutions can be presented in the form of a paper, a PPT file, a seminar, a lecture or models, audio and visual aids.
This competition is all about painting without using brushes or pencils. Painting should be done only with the help of one's palms or fingers. The theme for the competition is 'Save The Earth'.
