An early morning weekend exercise undertaken by our community of Mindfulness practitioners to deepen our awareness of our world while committing to slow down and experience the long now.
The practice schedule will be the same every month but our growth and progress will be dynamic. The first weekend practice is collaging. This will be the same for every first Sunday of the month, but our journeys will deepen as we uncover the complexities and beauty within and around us.
