But then, not too many people can be like this maestro. He debuted at age 13 at the Queen ELizabeth Hall in London and has only climbed higher on the ladder of glory. Son and disciple of Ustaad Imrat Khan, nephew of Ustaad Vilayat Khan, Ustaad Irshad Khan is widely recognised as one of the greatest sitar players and surbahars.
