The Kakatiya Ladies Club is presenting a session titled Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness - A Journey Within Yourself, on 4th April, at the Hyder Mahal hall of ITC Hotel The Kakatiya. The session will be presided over by Dr. Haripriya Naresh, a behavioral skills trainer.
The mind is the control center of the body and the producer of logical and rational thought. In this sense, it is believed to be an aura. The body is a structure made of cells whose purpose is to keep the mind and soul on earth. It is often thought of as a vessel for the mind and/or the soul, but there is metaphysical reasoning that suggests that the soul is not a small substance inside the body but rather something that is in no way contained in the body but perhaps intertwined with it.
The soul is the elemental human structure that is believed to generate the extremes of human emotion (i. e. love, hate, happiness etc). The mind and soul together make up what non-religious philosophy refers to as consciousness. In many religious systems, the soul, along with the mind, is believed to be immortal and to live on after death. Many religions believe the soul may become contaminated with sin.
Taking you through this journey within yourself is Dr. Haripriya Naresh, a behavioral skills trainer to corporate organizations, NGOs, educational institutions and individuals for the last 18 years. She has done her Masters in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression from the California Institute of Hypnosis, California. She has an International Certification Course in Training Skills from City and Guilds, London; an M A in Applied Psychology, Annamalai University, and a Masters in the Art of Reiki from Satya Reiki School of Traditional and Natural Healing. She conducts learning sessions in new age therapies like Energy and Chakra Healing, Guided Imagery and Creative Visualization Techniques, Breathing and Relaxation, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Reiki.
