Hotel Aditya Park Inn is organizing a 10-day Punjabi food festival called Sade
Pind Da Dhamaka. Chef Ranjit Singh has been flown in all the way from Ludhiana
in order to make sure the flavors are just right, and the organizers promise that
the festival will be traditional in its approach.
Some of the special items that will be on offer are Jalandhari Naan, Kheema
Biryani, Amritsari Macchi, Pindi Channa and the Lauki Ke Kofte. Among
the old favorites are Dal Maha Rajma, Kadhui Pakodi, Makkai Di Roti and
Sarson Da Saag.
The buffet is priced at Rs. 222 plus taxes per head, which includes a non-alcoholic
