Chef Sweety Singh of Punjab is organizing a Punjabi Food Festival for a period of 8 days, with a variety of Punjabi food items served at the buffet. Some of dishes topping the menu are Sarson Ka Saag, Makkai Di Roti, Missi Roti, Amritsari Fish, Pindi Chhole, Amritsari Fish (fresh, juicy, fried with the lightest covering of besan), Punjabi pickles (Bhari Mirch, the Lahori Shalgam - Gobi Khatta Meetha Achar and the Dele Ka Achar). These will be followed by Punjabi Kheer and Punjabi Lassi as special items on the menu.
