With the Olympics on, Melange, the international cuisine restaurant of Hotel Golkonda, is presenting an interesting theme festival called the Olympics Food Festival, from 8th to 24th August. Executive Chef Vikas Grover has designed an innovative buffet which consists of cuisine from Asia, a majority of it from China.
The buffet costs Rs. 400 per head, and consists of 3 veg and 2 non-veg salads, 1 veg and 1 non-veg soup, 4 non-veg and 10 veg items in the main course, 1 non-veg and 3 veg rice items, 1 veg noodles, live counters of tandoor, barbeques or dimsums, and 6 desserts. The buffet changes everyday, and some of the items are:
