Chengez did it voraciously - now's your chance to feast on Mongolian delights, this week.
The Waterside Cafe is bringing a Mongolian buffet to town. The dinner will include Mongolian food, as well as Indian, Continental and Chinese courses.
Special Mongolian dishes, including Steamed Pooza, Fried Pooza, Mongolian Spareribs, Microwave Picante Fish and Mongolian Chicken, will form a part of the 22 varieties of food being served at the restaurant. All food will be of light gravy type, and will be served on slightly slanting platters, thus enabling the drain-off of excess oil.
The vegetarian preparations will include dishes made from Broccoli, Baby Cabbage, Tomatoes, Baby Corn, Sprouts, Maize and Chinese Cabbage. The menu includes 4 varieties of sauces, like Mongolian Sauce and Crystal Sauce. It also boasts of 10 varieties of salads, including Chicken shredded Salad, Chef Salad and Shrimp Salad.
You can collect raw items in a bowl and ask the chef to prepare your own customised dish.
