A student from the Parson's School Of Design in New York, Raghuvendra Rathore (a cousin to Maharaja Gaj Singh of the former kingdom of Jodhpur in Rajasthan) has acquired fame in the field of fashion, both in the nation and across the world. Raghuvendra prefers using fabrics like polyester blends, silk, wool and linen. His choices of colors are black, white, gray, navy blue, burgundy and beige. Having all the success in designing, Raghuvendra plans to design home furnishings, metal work and glassware.
A man with absolutely no professional training, Rocky has proven that geniuses are born and not made. The most popular of all the designers in India, Rocky has almost monopolized his mark in the Indian film industry. His favorite works are done on lycra. He has his own store for garments where he has a rich collection of dresses for men and women, and the young and the old.
Rina Dhaka's designer dreams started turning to reality around the time she made a line of designs for Mutiny and Ensemble. She has now been in the fashion industry for more than 15 years. She is best known for her theme collections like sheer trousers, crochet, woolens and spider web motifs. Prestigious fashion magazines like Elle and Vogue have covered her work.
