Hotel Ista brings a fun mango fiesta for the people of twin cities with a wide variety of delectable dishes, drinks and deserts at Collage, its all day dining restaurant, from June 4 to June 15, 2009. The menu has been designed by Ista Hyderabad’s Executive Chef Amit Wadhawan.
The Mango Fiesta has special mango delicacies in an ala carte menu, ranging from appetizers and starters, to the main course and desserts, and cocktails and mocktails. The appetizers include Grilled Tiger Prawns Satay with Charred Green Chilly-Alphonso, Corriander Lime Dressing, Cochin Bay Crab & Malkova Mango Tian with Mango Jelly, Green Mango Chips & Mango Vanilla Sauce. The main course includes Ricotta & Mango Gnocchi, Indonesian Prawn & Raw Mango Curry and Mamidkaya Kura (Andhra style mango curry with steamed rice).
Alphonso Opera Slice and Mango & Rosemary Mousse are a few of the desserts available, and the cocktails include Long Island Fruit Punch, Mango Martini & Frozen Mango Margarita, along with some non-alcoholic drinks including Mango Marine, Mango Sparkle & Mango Mojito.
In addition to Collage, Deori and Lounge Bar are also offering selected items, including desserts, from a special mango ala carte menu.
