The Small Industries Service Institute, under the Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India, is conducting a Management Development Program on Customer Relationship Management.
The course will commence on 28th August and wind up on 2nd September. The timings are 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM, at the SISI Premises in Balanagar. The topics to-be covered under this program are:-
Introduction to Customer Relations.
Understanding Customer Behaviour.
Building customer relationship.
The nature & role of customer relationship.
The dimensions of customer service.
The processes of customer service.
One-to-one marketing and mass customization.
Building relationship with stakeholders.
Planning the CRM strategy.
Implementation of CRM in the organization.
Persons who have completed 12th Class & above are eligible for registration to this program. Preference will be given to Graduates, Post-graduates, decision makers of Small & Medium Industries & Business Enterprise, Prospective Entrepreneurs, and individuals willing to take up career in Sales, Marketing & those who want to develop Customer Relationship Techniques. The prefered age group is 20 to 45 years.
The course fee is Rs. 1,000 for general participants and Rs. 500 for SC/ST and Physically Handicapped participants, to be paid by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of the Director, SISI and payable at Hyderabad.
Certificates will be awarded to the successful trainees.
