The Taj Banjara is hosting a 17-day Malaysian Satay Food Festival where a variety
of Malaysian specialties will be served. A wide choice of Satays (popular Malaysian
dishes) and South-East Asian street food (marinated in various sauces and grilled
on charcoal) that originated in Malaysia will be served.
Traditional ingredients are used in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items to make for good snacks, and are served with different sauces. There will also be a large buffet at dinner consisting of the choicest dishes for the Indian palate. Vegetarian Satay platters are available for Rs. 100 (plus taxes), and non-vegetarian for Rs. 150 (plus taxes). And the special offer, the buffet with Satay platters and a Small Teachers drink will be available for Rs. 400 (plus taxes).
