PREVIEW FOR KHWAN-E-DUM-PUKHT – THE HYDERABADI FOOD FESTIVAL
The ITC Kakatiya Sheraton is organizing a 10-day Khwan-E-Dum-Pukht food festival
where the Dum Pukht cuisine (cooking in steam) of Avadh, Hyderabad, Kashmir, Delhi,
Rampur and Bhopal will be served.
Delicacies like Deccani Murgh Shorba, Deccani Haleem, Uroosa, Badam-Ki-Jaali, Shorba-E-Tarkari, Kade Kebab, Chatpate Alu, Tomato Ande Ka Cut and biriyanis will be available here, along with dessert specialties like Badam Ki Jali and Ashrafi. Master chef Masiuddin Tucy, a descendent of Bahadur Shah Zafar, will prepare most of the delicacies and will supervise the food festival.
