Crazy Creations of Chennai is presenting Jurassic Baby, a Tamil comedy play, on 2nd October at 7pm, at the Hari Hara Kala Bhavan. The play is written and directed by Crazy Mohan.
Maadhu and Mythli are a happily married couple, except for the fact that they are not bestowed with any child. A "taantrik" from Allepey prescribes a herbal medicine for begetting children. As it turns out, the "taantrik" has committed a gross blunder in the formulation of the herb, which results in the baby growing 3 years old every day after its birth and reaches almost 30 years by the time of discharge from the maternity hospital.
Though the scientists-cum-medicologists manage to arrest the super growth, Maadhu and Mythli are left with a Jurassic Baby who is mentally 10 days old but physically 35 years old. The baby's very close resemblance to Maadhu's brother-in-law Cheenu brings in its own share of confusions, through his fiancee falling in love with the Jurassic Baby, mistaking him for Cheenu.
How the taantrik remedies his mistake and how the Jurassic Baby becomes a normal baby forms the rest of the rip-roaring story line.
