Vista Entertainments, in association with HICC, is presenting the first ever Auto Show in Hyderabad, the “Hyderabad International Auto Show 2009”. This ‘Business To Consumer (B-To-C)’ event will be an annual affair for the next 3 years, and aims to reach directly to customers, with a focus on getting direct bookings or sales for exhibitors.
The Auto Show is a first of its kind in Hyderabad, and will feature major 4-wheelers, 2-wheelers, accessories, and finance & insurance companies, all under one roof. The show will be spread over 6,400 square metres of air-conditioned facility. The likes of Audi, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Mahindra, Maruti, Mitsubishi, Tata Motors, Toyota, Volvo and Volkswagen, will be taking part in the show, with over 100 models of cars and bikes being on display.
It will be a 4-day event, from the 16th to the 19th of July 2009. 16th July, the first day, will be the setup day, and the actual event will commence from the 17th July, with an inauguration by a VVIP, followed by a press conference. The first half of the day (up to 2pm) will be reserved exclusively for the press and special invitees, following which the show will be open to the public. On 17th July, the timings are 2pm to 8pm, and on 18th and 19th July, the show is on from 10am to 8pm.
There are special offers on bookings done at the Auto Show, and loads of prizes and gifts to be won. Corporates can avail themselves of a special discount of 20% (get your ID cards along for the discount). The show also includes a display of heritage cars and bikes by the Deccan Heritage Automobile Association, as well as a display of world-famous Sudha Cars by Sudhakar.
This event is being conducted with the support of the Federation Of All-India Automobile Dealers Association (FADA), the apex body of all automobile dealers in India, and the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicle Dealers Association (APMVDA), the apex body of all motor dealers of Andhra Pradesh. The current president of FADA, S P Shah, and other office bearers, will be guests of honour at the inauguration. FADA is also organizing its South India Summit along with the show, in which all Council Members of FADA and dealer members from South India will participate.
The entry ticket is priced at Rs.100 per head. Tickets are available at the venue during the show. You can also buy tickets from Talwar Hyundai showroom on S P Road (near Anand Theater, Secunderabad), or at the Talwar Hyundai showroom at Banjara Hills (Road no. 2, Opp. Kasu Brahmananda Reddy Park).
