Sarita will whip up an eclectic mix of signature tastes in a vibrant setting that's truly Goan. The 9-day festival will serve a huge variety of authentic Goan dishes, from appetizers and soups to main courses and desserts. The guests will have choices in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. The restaurant will be decked up with shacks and fishing nets, and the waiters will be dressed in beach shirts and hats to give a truly Goan look and feel.
