Here is where food for the senses and food for the belly amalgamate into something completely surreal.
The Ghazal night at Firdaus has the famous ghazal singer Arvind Kumar from Mumbai. Not only that, there is mouth-watering Kashmiri food to go with it. Tabakh Maaz (lamb), Talit Gadh (fish), Nadir Munje (lotus stem), Chaman Pakoda (cottage cheese), Roganjosh Ghushtaba (mutton balls), Aloo Bukhar Khorma (chicken) and Ruwagan Gadh (fish). And then there is the famous Kosher pulao, Kehwa and Kong Firini.
