Samyuktha is one lady whose career aspirations were clear at an age when most
of us say that we want to become God when we grow up. Currently working as a
junior lecturer in music at the Vamshi Arts International School For The Disabled
at Hayatnagar, Samyukta, this diploma holder in music from the Bhakta Ramdas
Music College, Secunderabad, wanted to become a singer and pursue a career in
music right since her childhood. She joined the Music College in 1988, and after
completing the rigorous training, joined as a music teacher at the Sri Thyagaraja
Gana Sabha Music School in 1995.
Sometime later she wanted to start her own music school, and Vani Nilayam came
into existence. Simultaneously she also started Sudarshan Bharathi, a trust
in memory of her late father and mother. Ever since its inception, this organization
has been hosting vocal and light music concerts, with Samyuktha ensuring that
she was present and participating in every program.
Today she is organizing a music show called 'Gaata Rahe Mera Dil', in which
she, along with her friends Vinod Babu, Sunanda, Srinivasa Raju, BTV Narasimham,
Rajni, Pavan Kumar, Ramadevi, Sugun, Nalini and Ramesh, will perform, with support
from Vinod Babu's orchestra 'Sangeet Sitare'.
