Ahala - The Drama Lounge is presenting yet another gastronomic delight for the food-loving party animals of Hyderabad, as part of the Ahala Foodie Night promotion series, on 30th March. Chef Gaurav, the junior sous chef of Taj Krishna, will show his magic at whipping up North-West Frontier (Peshawri) delicacies.
Feast on mouth-watering and spicy dishes such as Paya Sorbet, Subz Dum Shorba, Khaas Seekh Kebab, Prawn Seekh Kebab, Noorjahani Jhinga Seekh Kebab, Khasta Kheeme Di Tikki, Taxali Tar Korma and Sindhi Biryani. As always, DJ Jay will be at the console spinning some hip-hop and Bollywood remixes.
Indulge in these delicacies with the flowing spirits at the lounge's fully equipped bar.
