Ahala - The Drama Lounge is presenting yet another gastronomic delight from the neighbouring lands of Pakistan, as part of the Ahala Foodie Night promotion series, on 10th February. Chef Arunava Mukherjee, junior sous chef at the Taj Mount Road, Chennai, has been specially flown down to Hyderabad for this Foodie Night.
Chef Mukherjee started his culinary journey with celebrity chef Jiggs Kalra, and honed his skill at the Great Kebab Factory in Radisson, Delhi, and at the Hyatt Regency, Mumbai. And some of the Pakistani dishes he's offering on the menu tonite are Tandoori Murg Di Champ, Kastoori Kebab, Murg Ke Parchay, Tawawala Jheenga, Chowk Ki Tikki, Paneer Peshawari Tikka, Doodhiya Makkai Ki Seekh, Rawalpindi De Choley, Dal Babakhan, Champ E Rogini, Arbi Gosht, Gajrella and Khajur Badam Ka Halwa.
Indulge in these delicacies with the flowing spirits at the lounge's fully equipped bar. One of the celebrated bartenders of India, Shawn, will be at the drinks counter, and will be blending the champagnes, cocktails, mocktails and ice-slab shots. Entry is open to everybody.
