Taj Krishna is presenring Dilli Ka Khana at Dumpukht. The cuisine recreates dishes from another era, under the expert supervision of master chef Farooque. A choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian shorbas find their representations in the menu. Other delectable dishes include an assortment of kebabs, like Jhinga Gulbadan, Darbari Shammi Kebab, Masooque Kebab (the chef's speciality made from broad beans).
