Moksh is organising a Dhaba Food Festival, from 13th to 28th February, where you'll be fed Punjabi dishes to no end. Or at least, till the end of your bursting seams.

The buffet will present a wide range of delicious Punjabi dishes that are popular at traditional dhabas. Lahori Paneer, Sukhee Bhindi, Veg / Chicken Kadai, Pakoreyan Wali Kadhi, Sarson Da Saag, Lobiya, Dhaba Shahi Paneer, Rahmah, Bhartha Rawalpindiwalla, Pindi Chole, Subz Ki Biryani Kapurthala Wali, Makai Ki Roti, Bhutteyan Da Kebab, Makhanwalla Paneer Tikka Masala and Daal Makhani are all available. And you can savour these dishes along with various assorted breads such as Aloo Paratha, Mooli Paratha, Lachha Paratha, Makke Ki Roti, Tandoori Roti, Missi Roti, Rumali Roti and Kulcha.
The desserts too are enticing, with Phirni, Gulab Jamuns, Burfi, Gajar Ka Halwa, Malpua, Hot Jalebi with Rabdi, Phaldhari Rasmalai and Mausam Da Ras and Kulfi-Faluda to complete the menu. And before winding up, a tall glass of lassi that comes along is a must.
