Utsav is organizing Dilli Ka Khana, a Delhi food festival, from 19th June to 6th July. The food fiesta will be served a la carte for both lunch and dinner.
The menu offers a tasty combination of dishes - some dishes are Chole Bature, Shahi Paneer Dilliwali, Paneer Taash Kebab, Ek Sau Solah Parat Ke Parathe, Dhabey Di Dal, Mutter Ki Kachori, Moong Dal Ke Pakode, Subz Pulao, Sabe Ki Jalebi, Paneer Ki Jalebi & Patiala Lassi.
Utsav is one of the few purely green joints in the city, is pleasant and reasonable, and whips up some serious bliss in its kitchen. Although Chinese and continental is also served here, it's the desi grub that they specialise in, especially cuisine north of the Vindhyas.
Inhouse chef Kapil will oversee the preparations during the food festival, and will be assisted by a couple of chefs who have come down from Delhi specifically for this event.
