There's an Italian connection at Touch tonite. Okay, that's a bad joke - but the learning here certainly isn't.
On the occasion of Times Hyderabad Festival, free cooking classes are being organised by renowned chefs of the city, who will whip up Chinese, South-Indian, North-West Frontier, Italian and Hyderabadi cuisine, from 2nd to 6th April, at various premium eateries like Ahala, Firdaus and Golden Dragon of Taj Krishna, Kebab-E-Bahar of Taj Banjara, Dakshin of ITC Kakatiya, Mainland China and Touch.
Today, the 3rd day, Chef Sheshanka, the executive chef of Touch, will show some live cooking demos of Italian dishes, at Touch. Some authentic dishes of Italy like Polenta, Risotto and Pasta will be prepared in the presence of the audience. The classes are free for everyone, but advance registration is compulsory.
