On the occasion of Times Hyderabad Festival, free cooking classes are being organised by renowned chefs of the city, who will whip up Chinese, South-Indian, North-West Frontier, Italian and Hyderabadi cuisine, from 2nd to 6th April, at various premium eateries like Ahala, Firdaus and Golden Dragon of Taj Krishna, Kebab-E-Bahar of Taj Banjara, Dakshin of ITC Kakatiya, Mainland China and Touch.
Today, the 2nd day, Chef Ram will give live cooking demonstration of Chinese cuisine at Dakshin, the South-Indian speciality restaurant of ITC Kakatiya Sheraton. Ram, the senior chef at Mainland China, will demonstrate the cooking of some popular Chinese dishes like dimsums, Chongging Chilli Mushrooms, Yue Yang Barbecued Fish, Aromatic Duck With Golden Ginger Keong's Style, Sauteed Babycorn With Pickled Bambooshoot, and Stir-Fried Hangzhou Onion Fried Noodles. The classes are free for everyone, but advance registration is compulsory.
