Confluence 2007, the annual management fest of ICFAI National College (INC), kick-starts this Friday at the RNR Auditorium, near Lotus Pond, Banjara Hills. This two-day event will have around 200 MBA colleges across the country including 160 INC centres.
Confluence 2007 is the second management fete of ICFAI National College, and feature students participating in various fun activities, skill and management games, and cultural activities, such as:
Maven's Vista - A paper presentation event on topics like "The Resurgent India - Is Asia's Other Powerhouse Ready For Its Moment Under The Sun?" and "From Job Satisfaction To Job Delight - Corporate Strategies For Retaining Talent". The first prize is Rs. 12,000 and the second prize is Rs. 8,000.
Best Young Manager - If you are good at quick decision-making, stoic and a go-getter, try your luck here and be the Best Young Manager. Prize of Rs. 5,000 to be won.
Acme - A marketing game which requires to market yourself to the world. Flaunt your knowledge and strategies which make you click in the marketing field. First prize Rs. 5,000 & second prize Rs. 3,000.
Hitherto - A finance game which requires you to trade on your intelligence and maximize your luck, thereby reaping the benefits of short-term profits.
